No doubt
As I write this afternoon, prior to the boss' midweek press conference, the lead story on the official site is Arsne's statement that Jack Wilshere will go on without "any doubt". I think we've seen on Jack's rare ventures into first team action that he needs to play regularly, getting thrown in cold clearly doesn't, and shouldn't be expected to, benefit him.

Wenger - some of the kids just aren't good enough!
By Avenell Dave
There are a lot of people out there who criticise the AKBs, the Arsene Knows Best brigade.
Fair criticism, fair observation is justified, in my opinion but at the end of the day I am an Arsenal fan and that means backing the team as much as I can.
I know full well what an incredible job Arsene Wenger is doing and how important it is to value his unique co...

Denilson could win player of the year / Arsenal, lucky to finish 7th
Ok, so a bit of a silly headline there, but I think it’s fair to say, there were a lot of silly comments on the blog yesterday.
Geoff and I decided to clear the spam list out the other day and give certain folk another chance to post on the site. Some have come back and [...]

Football transfer rumours – Klaas-Jan Huntelaar to Arsenal?
Today's fluff loves the LeppardThank heavens for World Cup dreams. This transfer window has been among the quietest in the entire history of the world (well, since Fifa made the damn thing compulsory in 2002-03), but the allure of the end-of-season beano in South Africa has eased the Mill's suffering like dock leaves to a nettle sting. So we sa...

The clam before the smort
Good morning, it's fairly quiet this morning but consider it the calm before the storm. Arsene will meet the press today ahead of tomorrow's trip to Villa Park and we should get a good idea of what sort of team we'll be putting out.
Hopefully there won't be any new injuries and there is the possibility of getting one or two players back. Despite being told Aaron Ramsey would miss 21 day...

What will Arsenal face at Villa Park?
A midweek league game. An important one.
What will Arsenal face at Villa Park?
If Aston Villa win, they'll do it by scoring from set-pieces. If Arsenal win, they'll do it with goals from Vermaelen and Fabregas.
Villa's main quality is organisation, Arsenal's main quality is skill.
Martin O'Neil is over-rated and so are his team. They will not be Top Four.
