Wenger – Forget the Gallas foul; What about the Bolton fouls on Fabregas?
Arsene Wenger thinks that the media has overplayed the furore over William Gallas’ challenge on Mark Davies, and thinks that they seem to be ignoring the fact that Arsenal should have had a couple of penalties for fouls against Cesc Fabregas, despite them being obvious in the replays of the incidents.

I’m feeling a little smug sitting on top of the league. Can we stay there?
Well it does feel good sitting on the top of the pile does it not? You could not have written a better script for this could you? 11 points behind a month ago and playing 4 teams all in the top 5 in the next month to stay in front, wow!
Well it [...]

Experienced players beat Bolton and allow Wenger to chuck FA Cup again
Experienced players saved the Bolton game.
Last season it was an experienced player who turned Arsenal season round.
When Arshavin played his first game, the Emirates was full. The official crowd figure was the same but everybody turned up to see him. All the seats were occupied. Stars create expectations, excite punters, and put bums on seats.
Against Bolton, two of Wen...

Gallas ‘escapes’, Arsene’s sad, Diaby and Sagna miss Stoke…..
What absolute poppy cock! How can people say he ‘escaped’? We all know the Football Association would have thrown the book at Gallas if they could don’t we? Reality is they had nothing to throw the book at him about, that isn’t escaping, that is just reality. There were no grounds for the FA to [...]

Luck who's top
Luck is always a big part of any title winning side, in recent seasons luck hasn't gone for us and when you look at our injury list this term you could argue it still hasn't. However in when you look at some of the goals we've scored in the past few games and some of the decisions that have been given or not in some cases I think lady luck is an Arsenal fan this season.

Vile din offends, injury updates + Arsecast 147
There's a terrible, shrill noise in the air. Not the way you want to start your Friday but there it is. At first it is hard to decipher. A series of high-pitched bleating noises, like a helium voiced sheep stuck in a fence. They grow louder in pitch and intensity and soon one must clasp ones hands over ones ears to prevent the rupturing of eardrums. What is it? What is this ghastly commotion? Y...
