Arsenal board delay decision/ Wilshere / UEFA warning
There was no conclusion to the boardroom discussion on the proposed rights issue, and a decision is likely next week.
The money would come in handy given the debt, but there are fears that Usmanov, who has pledged to underwrite the issue would gain too much control. Also there's a distinct lack of cash around at the moment.
